Guided by Spirit: What Intuition Actually Is (and Isn’t)

There’s a lot of noise around intuition right now.

“Just trust your gut.”
“Manifest it.”
“Raise your vibration.”

But real intuition is quieter than that.

Intuition is not urgency.
It is not panic.
It is not fantasy.

Intuition is steady.

As a Reiki Master and meditation guide, I have seen how often women confuse anxiety for intuition. Especially women who have learned to survive by scanning their environment.

Intuition does not scream.
It doesn’t demand.
It doesn’t shame.

It feels like:
• A grounded knowing
• A soft pull
• A body-based yes or no
• A sense of expansion or contraction

And here’s the important part:

Intuition lives in a regulated nervous system.

When the body feels safe enough, the spirit can speak clearly, and you hear it clearly.

This is why I don’t separate embodied practice from spiritual work. Reiki is not escapism. Meditation is not dissociation. Spiritual growth should not require bypassing your humanity.

Guided by spirit does not mean disconnected from reality.

It means grounded in the body and open to something greater. Open to awareness.

If you feel called to deepen your intuition in a grounded, embodied way, there is a pathway for that.

Explore the Spiritual Pathway with me.

Be Well,

Becky
